We also appreciate that occasionally things happen and there may be a reason you need to return your purchase. Rock Chic offers returns on any product purchased from our site providing we are notified within 14 days. The remainder of our returns policy can be viewed below.

Damaged / Faulty Items
If there is an issue with your order please notify us within 48 hours of delivery, we will do our utmost to ensure any situation is rectified satisfactorily, after all crystals love positive energy more than anything else. We ask you provide us with photographic evidence when you contact us. Failure to do so within 48hours will mean we are unable to issue a refund, as once this timeframe has passed Rock Chic will be unable to process a claim on the couriers insurance on your behalf.
Items which have been subjected to misuse or damage by the customer or an attempt is made to request a refund after 14 days will not be liabale for a refund.
Please Note: All items must be returned with the original packaging.
Rock Chic is not liable for any costs incurred when a customer returns a product.
Whether your return is damage related or simply through a change of heart, we are unable to refund any shipping fees incurred, this also includes any shipping charges incurred due to incorrect purchases on any order.
All returns which are not damage related will incur a 10% restocking fee which will be deducted from the refund balance due.
If your item is not damaged or faulty you have 14 days to request a refund for any item purchased.
You must then ensure the item is returned and received by Rock Chic within 14 days of requesting a refund. Providing these requirements are met then a refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
We regret that if goods are returned outside this 14 day window then no refund can be issued.
Any refund owed can take 5 - 10 working days to appear back into the original account.

It is important to remember that you are responsible for any items being returned until we have received them, with this in mind we advise you use an insured, tracked / signed for service especially for more expensive pieces. If the item is stolen or misplaced during the returns process, it is not the responsibility of Rock Chic to replace or refund the item.
Your statutory rights are not impacted by this returns policy.
